Phase 1)  A New Erotic Mindset.

A sex-positive mindset is the foundation to sexual satisfaction. Your upbringing, religion, culture and past experiences (trauma) shape how you experience sex today.  In this phase, we lovingly uproot the programming that may be blocking the full capacity of pleasure in your body.

Together we gently excavate your sexual programming and subconscious beliefs that inform your experience of intimacy.

We then plant new seeds of healthy and authentic beliefs that YOU choose to embody now.

Phase 2)  Re-Wire Your Sexual Circuitry.

Then we use somatic psychology and embodiment practices to re-wire the communication between your brain, nervous system, and sex organs.

You’ll get an extensive (and fascinating!) education about the female sexual arousal system - you know - the stuff you should have been taught long ago about female pleasure - and where to find the untapped treasures, or “spots”, on your body.
